About
East and West Wittering, Bracklesham and Selsey are approximately six to 8 miles southwest of Chichester. These seaside locations draw a high volume of tourists with areas famed for surf and sandy beaches. It comprises the built up areas of Bracklesham and the eastern half of East Wittering, the western half of which lies within the boundary of West Wittering and onwards to Selsey, advance booking essential for these areas.

East and West Wittering
This leaflet distribution area on the whole is a wealthy seaside location, the west side is just 6.5 miles from Chichester and is acclaimed to be the most affluent part of the Witterings. They have a population of young families with an excellent thriving school, professionals with high incomes and large detached homes on private estates.
Bracklesham
Bracklesham and Bracklesham Bay on the whole is a wealthy seaside location with young families, full time managers, professionals with high incomes with pockets of private estates and large detached homes and joins East Wittering.
Selsey
This seaside town is about eight miles south of Chichester and is almost cut off from mainland Sussex by the sea with only one road that carries you in from Chichester making this distribution area almost unique locally. The population here is mixed with affordable housing, affluent Selsey Bill, the old village and large detached homes that overlook the sea, to young families, retiree’s, dual income homes, empty nests and offers one of the largest holiday parks on the South Coast.
